Lightforce Technology is a full-service, high-technology engineering firm that is located in the RIT Business Incubator in Rochester, NY. We are committed to advancing our clients ideas and are willing to create customized solutions for each new project we take on.
Company History
We were one of the first companies to move into the RIT business incubator when it was first opened in 2001 and have been actively involved in its development every since. In addition to doing our own development work, we have also been instrumental in the success of other technically related start-ups in the incubator and have created spin-off companies based on their own development work as well. We have utilized students as both coops and part-time employees, and value highly the opportunity to discuss common problems with other start-up companies.

Peter grew up in Warsaw, NY then later moved to Rochester, NY. After his studies at RIT and working in different venues of engineering around the NY area, Peter decided to open his own ship in the RIT Business Incubator: Venture Creations.
While Peter has experience as an engineer – what makes him uniue is his understanding of running with a new product from start to finish, specifically as it relates to start-up ventures. Not only has he started his own company, he is involved in the start-up of other ventures, such as Digital Lobe. His mangerial experience on this front is just one more reason to do business with Lightforce Technology.
